I have use 800x loaded lightly in 1 oz. and it does not burn completely. It still can break 25 straight on 16 yard targets and I love the lack of recoil. It does leave the barrel dirty but if you save a 700x shell for your last shot it cleans up very quickly. I load 21 grns. with a CB wad.

A 1983 DuPont reloading guide shows a number of options, depending on case/primer and wad, but they generally use 23 or 23.5gr of 800X. AA case with 209 primer WAA12F1 wad and 23 grains of 800X results in 1195 fps and pressure (LUP) of 5900. Many more loads with 1 1/8 oz shot.

I'm going to try a couple of boxes of this recipe on clays later this week. I'll report on my findings.

If you have a specific combination you are interested in, PM me, and I'll see if it's in the guide.
