For the last few years I've been making the arrangements for a block of rooms at QI in Vestal. If it has not been done already I will give them a call tomorrow and set it up and post the info here as soon as its confirmed. If another hotel is preferred or if someone else wants to handle the arrangements please let me know to avoid any confusion.

Maybe someone could post a "LINK" to the 2018 dates. I just went through the entire website and didn't see any information about 2018 dates.
