Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Awesome!!! That sickle tail dog sure looks a lot like Old Patches and Patches was a good one. I had her mate Ginger. Ginger was not as good. She trailed a lot and that was a waste of time. Great memories nonetheless. Georgia is not the quail capitol anymore. I've not heard or seen one now in years. I do remember Ginger doing a good job while hunting in snow. That picture has stuck in my mind for about fifty years. She just went from one bird to another. No memories of birds killed so I guess it was all about the dogs.

So true. Watching a dog or dogs do their work is the most enjoyable part of the hunt for me. My "pup" Charlie had an awesome season and now I wait 9 months for the next. Charlie is 9 and not showing signs of slowing up and I'm not looking forward to that. She will be my last bird dog and she has become a joy to hunt with. Cheers, Jack
