Being new to the Forum, I have two questions....
1) is all the checkering the same and if so what is the pitch?

2)Who can remove a dent in the barrel, very small dent but it is visible on the bore.

I just inherited two Parkers from my late brother.

1) A 28 inch 12ga. made in 1901
2) A 30 inch12ga. made in 1905

Both are quite nice and could use just a minor restoration
