PGCA at Hausmann's
We wish to extend a big Thank You to Harold Pickens for volunteering to set up the PGCA tables with PGCA banner, tablecloths, and gun racks and guns along with display literature and membership sign-up material - A BIG Thank You Harold!
We also wish to thank all of the other volunteers who spent time in the booth as representatives of the PGCA - You know who you are... Thank You All.
Some Raffle Gun tickets were sold and a good number of membership applications were taken by visitors - let's see if any new members result from this... We hope so.
We all had a great time, as usual, shooting and visiting with old friends.
The heavy rains on Wednesday night turned the parking field into a grass and mud gumbo! What a mess! Several cars and trucks (and one Honda Odyssey that we know of) had to be towed out of the quagmire. Harold's Gator did yeoman's work in hauling out some of the stuck vehicles. Once again, Thanks Harold!
It was also very nice to see that all of the dog owners were very responsible in picking up after their dogs and there were lots of dogs of every breed there!
There was unfortunately, one pair of "attendees" (we don't know who these guys are) who thought it was acceptable to throw their garbage in the edge of the woods and to leave a bag of trash in the field where they had parked. I guess they thought Ernie would provide 'curb side trash pick-up'.... Alan McLane made at least one trash run with trash from our central area and collected the bag left by the aforementioned offenders. Thanks Alan!
I didn't stay to see the scores and prizes - somebody else will have to make that report.

It was a great time had by all.
Team Fox beat Team Lefever again aided by cross dressing Parker shooters.
Great to see all those guys I never see except at HHH.
And I won a gun in the door prize raffle. Can't beat that.
