Thanks Bob,

I just learned something. I never noticed that the bottom of our forum page posted the events that will occur within 60 days. I have always looked at the calendar directly.

Now, I think I need to really encourage those that post any events to the forum to cut and paste the information into the corresponding date in our calendar too.

That one extra step of posting to the calendar makes it easy to let everyone on the forum keep track of that event(s). Most of the time I find it isn’t easy to remember what was posted in a forum thread weeks later and trying to find it in the maze of other posts can be difficult at times. When it’s posted in the calendar and now knowing that the events for the next sixty days is summarized, as you have pointed out, makes it so much more visible to everyone.

Thanks again!!!

So, again, I would like to encourage everyone to post events in the calendar and encourage the details of time and location be added to the text area too. All relevant information such as person to contact and any lodging information should be posted too.
