Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

I would like to encourage events like this to be posted in our forum wide visable calendar too. I took it upon myself to post this there for everyone to refference but I think it would be better for the posting member to do this because now I am the one who owns the entry and the one that can make changes to that entry. I think it would be better for those that follow the event to make the entry because they are the ones that will know if something changes and can keep the entry up to date.
I also made a change for the Sothern calendar entry today to reflect the changed phone number that COB posted.
I changed Larry's error of the Inn name in Vestal NY for the Northeeast shoot too.
See my point, it would be better if I wasn't the one doing this because I may miss posts announcing changes.

You're right Robin - it shouldn't be your responsibility to edit the posts on the calendar for someone else's event or announcement... and it should be their responsibility to post it to the PGCA Calendar as well as post the event on the forum.
