We've seen this pattern on a few No. 1 Smiths; this is David Williamson's. Note the "Laminated Steel" rib marking; which it certainly is not. Hunter Arms used "Laminated Steel" on Quality No. 1 guns 1892-1898.
First I've seen on a Parker, but I certainly have not seen them all. Very cool!
No telling who the Liege "rough forged tube" maker was in the absence of any marks. Most of the barrel operations turned out variants of Bernard patterns
