Thank you Mr. Dudley, I too have observed the exact same thing you describe;

In this case the LOP is 14 5/8 to a rear trigger position Parker SST,over a period correct NoShoc pad , the pad is attached with Parker ,unfinished buttplate screws , and no other holes are present in the butt.

The Parker "letter" makes no mention of the pad, however, and for that matter does not mention the SST , albeit the letter indicates the data quoted appears to have been lifted from a Remington era IBM card.

Fishtail makes a valid observation, I site only the Fabbri non selective trigger I have on other guns as an exception....To each his own, my observation based only on my personal experience with guns I shoot extensively.
