You can ignore the phrase I used:
into your computer's clipboard. But, to clarify, a computer "
clipboard" is a term used to reference where your computer
temporarily stores what you copied. Sometimes, when you exit a program, it will warn you that if you continue to exit you will lose data stored on the clipboard (data you copied at some point).
