Phil I don't suppose that box of Savage 250/3000 ammo is full?? I bought a Pre64 M70 in that caliber and boy is brass hard to find for that one

Nope; display only, sadly. I'll check to see if I have saved any of my brass. I don't shoot it much, but when I do I'd be happy to send the brass your way as I don't reload it.

Thanks I would appreciate that. It's a great caliber for deer just as many of the old one are/were. The 257R and 300 Savage are two more that sadly have fallen out of favor. Our younger hunters seem to think they need a 300 Ultra mag to kill a deer
