well Bill, really not a lot of story to tell- the gun had been relisted several times on GB, so I watched it end without a bid another time and emailed the guy with an offer, he accepted it and it was shipped

about the time it was due to arrive, i was puttering around in Craigslist- sometimes i just stick in some search just to see what is out there. I realized I had never entered "Parker" so I did- a lot of compound bows, some odds and ends and this stool popped up. it was not that far away so we went and bought it.

Have you tried loading any of the steel shells that were with that gun ?

Incidently you beat me to the punch on that one as I had the same idea

no, I already have over 50 brass hulls in excellent condition, I got them to case up with a hammer 10, have yet to load them up.

I really didn't have an interest in the steel hulls, so to cushion the lower offer, I told him to keep them and he could try to sell them separately

I am sure they probably work great , but I'm a good bit skeptical of using steel hulls . If I'd beat you to the punch and gotten that one it would be fed REM/Federal hulls just like the rest of those I have 😉
