I fell badly last year carrying a CHE 20 One of 8 produced with 26 inch Damascus barrels. I got a couple of cuts and a big bruised forearm but the gun escaped any injury

Michael:
A wonderful gun! I assume it's a Westley boxlock. If so, is it a hand detachable?

I forgot about the Westley 16 ga that I got from a member on this board...yes its a droplock with 30" barrels with perfect balance. Not sure how I forgot that one, guess the 16 ga Mckay Brown is clouding my judgement...

I'm fortunate to have a Rigby hammer gun from 1888, a Lang sidelock, and two Stephen Grant sidelocks, one of which is a sidelever.
Just remembered, there is also a Greener in the mix.

Mr.Murphy:
Have the Grants or Lang been actioned by the great E. C. Hodges? If so, they will have a triangular stamp surmounted by a crown on the action bars...

John,
Don't know the answer off-hand. Unfortunately, the guns are in South Carolina and I'm in New Jersey. Otherwise I'd look the guns over and give you the answer. I won't be in SC until at least January, so the answer will have to wait.
