The gun appears to be in pretty good condition, though it has been sitting around for a while. The bore looks good, didn't see much, if any, pitting. The wood looks to be in great shape. The butt plate is pretty worn, the bird dog is pretty difficult to make out.

Worth?
How should I care for the gun?

the information i gave before is from the serialization book-
Laminated is the barrel steel type - a form of composite as is twist or damascus.
as for care- if you intend to shoot it - have it checked by a competent gunsmith, if it passes muster- get some light loads such as RST
