Other than the slots being a little wider on the side screws. They are good. They need to be fitted. Both for slot alignment and for head contour.

I would peen and reslot your screws. They don't look like a total loss. There is plenty of metal there for peening. Your screws were aligned at one time and will be less work than new screws. Maybe Brian will comment on my comment.
