Thanks as well Edgar, I think that is what is frustrating, is that the rest of the gun is such good shape(which is why I bought it). The crack by the breach is definitely through the barrel. I'll see what I hear back and keep everyone posted. Looks like I'll be shooting 12's only for the Southern...
