Yes Erick, I think you're right about it being one of those Remington stamps we don't know the significance of. I've heard Larry DelGrego knows what a lot of those Remington stamps mean.

As requested earlier today, two pics of breech face showing dolls head and a third of the OV stamp. Its obvious, as pointed out earlier that the "O" is a double strike.
