This is my Deluxe BGI Roll Crimper. Notice the similarities in the crank, screw wing, and grip foot.

Thank-you all for your replies.
Edgar, I see the similarities and differences to your Deluxe BGI closer.
The significant difference I see is the additional oval cutout in the frame under
the cylindrical shell holder and above the top of the clamp.
Highlighted photo of my closer shown with cutout circled followed by photo from the forum identified as parker closer 5 or 6. Edgar photo of your closer follows.
