I agree. I've never seen an SBT orphaned barrel for sale. Maybe now that it's out there one will present itself.

I bought a barrel years ago from one of the barrel merchants. It clicked right on a gun. I only tried it on one gun, but I assume they are pretty close to all singles in fit.
