Thank you.

As an aside. Was the FishTail Lever an option....and how rare is it?

63850 has one.

James, the fishtail lever was not rare at all and wasn't an option - it was added by Parker Bros. as a production replacement for the straight lever on hammer guns to ease opening of a gun with the right hammer cocked. Many hammerless guns also have the fish-tail lever simply because the factory had an abundance of them available - apparently a lot more than ever would be needed for hammer guns.

A D top-action hammer gun would be prettier with the fish-tail lever IMO.

there have been several discussions on the board about the fishtail on both hammer and hammerless. ( just do a search on "fishtail" )

I have one on a hammer gun, it is not listed in the letter, and the letter listed several required details.

some hammerless guns have them- could you order one? most likely, if you wanted a graded gun with one I doubt you would have been told no as long as there was remaining stock
