John Dallas is correct, that is an Anton stock. Anton was a well known stocker among competitive shooters. His son-i-law took over the business and his business is called Hillmer Custom Stocks.

The forend iron has the correct serial number as the rest, I don't know about the wood it has been bedded and I don't see a serial number. There was a reply the the forend is not original. I'm not and expert on Parker guns so I have to relay on the experts.
