Should be a 12 gauge SC with 32 inch barrels and a caped pistol grip stock. One of five consecutive numbered SC's, serial #s 203564 - 203568.
Value is all about condition and originality. For the best guess at its value, you could search for Parker SC on auction sites and see how they are selling for guns of similar condition.
