Yes, that stock is original. Like others have said, the pad and spacer are obvious additions. The stock has been cut short at one time and those look to have brought it out to where the LOP was.
All Parker straight grip stocks will also have a long tang trigger guard. If you ever see one with a short tang, it is not original. They just flattened out the pistol grip guard.

Straight stocks are far less commonly found on hammerless guns than full pistol grip stocks.

If this gun has an original long tang trigger guard, this isn't a bad buy if no other issues appear.
