If it is Dawsons in Ohio they are a wholesaler and they do not mail or ship reloading supplies. It's great if you live close enough to pick stuff up but for most of us they can't be of help. It does appear to me the Alliant powders have dried more so than the other powders you listed. It does seem to follow a trend that if you can find them it is usually in the small bottle.

My local sporting goods store got in powder, mostly rifle powders in 4 & 8lb containers BUT there is a lot of PB in 1lb cans.
