I bought lifter 30" 10 bore project gun a couple months ago, same stock issue and bores to clean up.
Its my first lifter, dont't expect it to be the last
The number on the barrel flats may not be the serial number, not sure on the lifters, but it was not for the early top levers. Look on the side of the lug
