I have used a lace on pad that I believe came from Galco. I also tried the various foam spacer available from Galazan. These are inexpensive about $10 plus shipping (another $10). If you would like to try these I'll gladly send them to you.

Ed, I've not tried that product. The problem with these pads is that they tend to move your cheek too far from the centerline of the stock depending on how thick they are.

By far, the best product I've found is the Beretta Gel-Tech pad. It's avaiable in 2 sizes, 1/8 and 1/4 inch. If you ever want to take it off, it leaves no residue on the stock and you can reuse it. It's semi transparent and very soft. Amazing pad. Here is a link but it's available from various sources.

I agree with Chuck. The Beretta pad is really good.
