I believe the sellers gets his fees credited back by gunbroker for a returned gun. On gunauction.com it works that way if you post a neutral feedback for the buyer indicating a return. You should check that out.

I would be glad to get anything back. This guy has a refusal to take a gun back in his feedback file and a couple of other conflicts.

Notify gun broker about the fee's not being refunded....send copy of his e-mail to them that says he is not refunding your money. I bet he gets the fee's removed from his account and relist the gun. I would wait till refund comes, then make him send your fee's withheld. That is just not right....SXS ohio

When you get your refund, buy a nice 28 Repro. It will be money well spent.

Now that's great advice! Look for a two barrel set double trigger gun...sweet. About 5500.00 to 6500.00 They are way nice!, light on a true 00 frame approx. 5lbs-12oz

I don't think gunbroker has an inspection period as a mandatory part of a sale.

rule # 1 when buying anything by remote control...do not buy from people who do not have some kind of a written guarantee and return policy...sounds like you got lucky and will get most of your money back...this time.
