Well this pad is less than expertly installed. And the gun has been in the NY (Buffalo) area for a very long time. So it must have been a shop somewhere around western NY/PA.

Default Ed Rose Sporting goods

Mr.Dudley, Ed Rose was indeed a sporting goods store in Buffalo, N.Y. ....I believe if memory serves, it was on Genesee Street near Main St. downtown. I have seen Ed Rose labels on baseball uniforms from the 30's - 50's. That is the extant of my knowledge. I believe I have an ad somewhere in a publication....I assume you have googled it?....
