I read Commander Gunther's description of the research he did at Ilion in 1997 and earlier. He is not giving himself nearly the credit he deserves in that project.

Fjestad for the IDENTIFICATION AND SERIALIZATION book, anyone can quickly gain information concerning collecting Parkers. This is the near opposite of trying to learn about the finer points concerning the other vintage American SxS guns.

THE PARKER STORY and the PARKER GUN IDENTIFICATION AND SERIALIZATION book level the field of collecting. For Parkers the information is there if one looks for it!
