Greg, I've had 28 ga. Parker Repros with straight grip/splinter forend, and with PG/BT forend. I found the latter configuration
way easier to swing smoothly. For me, the straight grip/splinter forend in a 28 ga. Repro is too muzzle light and whippy for a consistently good swing and follow through. As far as double triggers go, all my guns with 2 barrels have 2 triggers
