See if the forend will come off, and the barrels should drop down as you push the top lever to the right . Certain shells expand to much when fired and this causes the problem

Smile Got it open

Thanks to those who responded. The spent shells had expanded. By turning the gun upside down and trying to close it tight then removing the forend I then was able to turn the gun up right on a padded table and move the lever enough to unlock the barrels. One of the shells had expanded so much I had to pry it out. Thanks for your help.
