The 57685 gun is a ten gauge Grade 2, GH or EH, #2 size frame gun with 30"
barrels, which, by the pictures seem to be blued Damascus Steel. It looks like a pretty nice gun with better metal than wood with a piece broken out of the toe of the stock. The blue finish on the barrels is incorrect and a collector would insist that the Damascus finish be renewed. Nice gun that someone would be interested in at $500 to $1200 depending on the condition of the bores. |

Ed and Bill, Thanks so much for your feedback! I do have the original stock for the barrels. However, I do have an additional stock (evidently from a 12 gauge according to Ed). Yes the Damascus barrels where blued but not sure of the process they used to do it. Here is a picture that might give someone a clue:
