Default seeking some opinions

hi gang, i just got my parker NH 10 gauge with twist barrels, on a #3 frame, gun weighs about 8-9 lbs i have some powders here im wondering if i could use in it

Also have rem sp 10 wads, now i have loaded a few and fired 32gr of 4756
and 1 1/4oz lead, worked great

i have the following powders at my disposal

unique
herco
blue dot
red dot
2400 alliant and "hercules"

just wondering if any of these would be ok for the short 10g loads?

one chap mentioned 30gr of herco and the sp10 in the rem hulls i have
i have 4 lbs of red dot here, i use in 12g trap loads, also unique ive used in 12 gauge loads

any info from members would be great, also want to make up some 1oz loadings for upland shooting, my gun has 1 barrel cylinder, one barrel full choke, barrels are 30"
