Tom, in answer to your question, it is very rare that any particular Parker engraver can be identified. In this case, none can, and I doubt that the work was done by the master engraver at the time. I believe its journeyman level work. TPS lists the known engravers.

Two barrel sets are uncommon, and a two barrel 16/20ga #2 frame set would be particularly uncommon, for all I know, it may be unique.

I have a two barrel set damascus 16/20 and it letter's D grade. Just thought you would like to know in case we can ever figure out a time to go shooting.
