I had some hot shells loaded up to shoot in a vhe 20 2 trigger, thought it should be no problem but I was wrong. Might check your load.

If it is worn, that may cause it to let loose when the other side is fired. Recoil would be setting it off. If the pull is very light, that is most likely the issue.
