Hello to all. New to this forum since I mostly am interested in rifles but recently acquired a Parker 16 ga which I think is VH Grade. It has a Vent Rib. My question is did Parker put vent ribs on their guns. I looked up the serial # which says made in 1924. Sadly has a recoil pad. Even if these two things are incorrect it looks like a great shotgun. Thanks for your help with this.
