I too have a GH 12 duck gun but have been hesitant about taking it out as my set up is a mobile blind a little tight with two shooters and a dog. Things get wet and messy. I also was sea duck hunting last week and was wondering what folks do to protect the vintage guns from the wet and the salt. I have washed modern guns with water, air compression and complete breakdown but I am not skilled enough to get into the underside on the SxS. I hear some folks seal the old guns with wax. Be interested in suggestions and experience.
thanks
