The article linked by Drew mentions a round ball .44 load. I have a hand full of those in two brands, Peters and WRA. The WRA shells are labelled ".44 GG", the GG designating use in the .410 bbl of the Marbles Gamegetter, which we had. The Peters don't have the GG headstamp but are the same round ball load. Full boxes of these GG rounds come up on the auction sites.
