Default New owner in AK

I have always had a love for and fascination with side by side shotguns. The first long gun I purchased was a Remington/Baikal Spartan 210 20ga. It’s been a good field gun (for an “bad” gun it’s pretty good) and only cemented SxS superiority in my head and heart. I’ve been haunting my LGS for a classic American double, and have been able to see and handle more than a few of the classics LC Smiths, Fox’s (pre and post Savage), and Winchesters over the last 10 years. A Parker finally wandered in to the shop, and picking it up I immediately felt it was the one to get. I’m now the proud owner of a 1924 PH 12 gauge and looking forward to learning more about it and taking it out for good use.
