I think this guy was the City Clerk in Dover and is buried in nearby Pine Hill cemetery. Stevens is a pretty common name but I wonder if a fella I know who likes to hunt, Wally Stevens is related.
If you reload you can thow as little as 1 ounce through a short ten. If you want to up the payload no 16ga is going to come close if it's choked right. Light tens are just that, light for a ten.
