DEER EGG ROLLS

Lay out egg roll, point/corner facing you,
put fried venison burger in center, add salsa, add cheese,
two beaten eggs in bowl for egg wrap corners,
roll corner pointing to you away form you, fold ends over that fingers put beaten egg on,
finish rolling more egg on last corner,
dip outside of tightly wrapped egg roll in egg using tongs,
put five in an air fryer that was sprayed with olive oil, egg dipped side down
place in air fryer for eight minutes,
at four minutes pull out,
dip other side in egg batter using tongs,
cook for the last four minutes in air fryer.

You won't believe how good these are. Two pounds of deer burger will make ten to twelve, depending on how much you put in each one.
