Greetings all!! We are two weeks away from the 2025 edition of the Northern SxS Challenge. Our Friday menu is shaping up. We will have various styles of quail, venison backstraps, deep fried pheasant/chukar/grouse (by Derek Farrell), deep fried perch filets (by Dan Steingraber). We can still use more hors d'oeuvres, maybe a main dish or two, some veggies and as always, plates/bowls/utensils/napkins, etc....
Please PM me or reply to this thread if you are bringing anything besides an appetite to the "Feed". As always, Hawaiian shirts are the uniform if possible and if you wear a Hawaiian shirt you will get leid!!
