Darne info wanted

Looking for info on my recently acquired Darne. 12 ga, 25 1/4” barrels, 14 1/2” LOP. Very small “EPI Arlington, VA.” mark by the barrel lug. Serial #SPL424.
Any idea of a date of manufacture?
