Safari Club Big Bore Shoot
A friend in the Charlottesville area is having a Safari Club Big Bore for fun shoot next Saturday . I no longer own any what I would call African heavy hitters so I offered to bring my 8 and shoot some slugs , punkin balls and buckshot which he gladly accepted . So today I loaded in brand new Remington hulls six with the .775” 730 grain slug , six with the .795” roundball and four with 000000 buckshot (those are .415” roundballs) . The buck loads have ten pellets in each shell . Just finished took about 45 minutes to load sixteen shells to suit me .
