With that low a serial #, I would imagine the barrels are damascus, on the top rib, it will state the type of steel used. On the bottom of the barrel lug should be a number stamped-- a 1, 1 1/2, or 2--that is the frame size--the higher the number the heavier the frame.
All these factors, and of course the condition of the gun are important in determining gun value. Hopefully you can put some pictures up and we can tell you more.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. The serial number is 73912 and it is a G. and i think it is in great shape. I would send photos but i dont know how in this forum.
