Wayne Goerres had this one made, or maybe he made it himself I cant remember. I think the basic idea is you just need a machine shop to bore a hole into a piece of metal the diameter you are wanting your cases sized to. If those brass cases are tough you would might want to have several dies made and do it in gradual increments as not to crush the brass I would think. Its 2" in diameter and 3.5" long. Which I think is perfect as it being slightly longer than the case protects the mouth when resizing. I then flip the die upside down and just press it out with a 3/4" wood dowel cut to just long enough to fit under the arbor press. It resizes them from .940 -/+ down to .924 in one press.
