Thank you, i have a 10 with that pattern under a cold blue that i have been thinking of having redone.
You should be able to take the cold blue off with a weak acid such as vinegar. The barrels may have good original patterning visible. Some people cold blued Damascus barrels to disguise them as fluid steel.
