I remember one cold winter day in our little apartment. Couldn't afford heat, had one potato, and one package of oatmeal between us for dinner.
We worked hard, and struggled through those years. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing.
And I can bet y'all did not ask the Nanny State to bail you out. Many in the current generation need to learn that.
