In these days and times it gets more and more difficult to find people who offer good customer service and quality work. I recently had an exceptional experience with a fellow in Connecticut named Louis Rotelli. I have a VHE double barrel trap gun on which the top lever was way left of center. I contacted Louis about my issue and asked if he had a bolt to correct it. He did have the part and at a very reasonable price. In fact the price was such that I asked if he would fit the part for me. Long story short I shipped him the gun and two weeks later got it back with my old bolt, a new bolt installed with excellent lock up at a very reasonable price. I know we have all had situations with repairs and turnaround times best not discussed, so I felt it appropriate to share this great experience.
