12ga Parker

I have an old Parker 12ga with 30" barrel that say Damascus Steel, the following info is stamped on the receiver 2 56403 G

Their are several dates stamped also PATD Apr 11 1876
March 16 1876 and PAT Jan 10. Aug. 16. 1887

What can you tell me ?
